You’re all set! FOR the second time in recent history, the 60-year-old San Fernando Valley Fair has pulled out of the San Fernando Valley. Squabbling between the fair’s board and the city’s Recreation and Parks Department prompted a vote Friday to move the event out of the Valley and into the Santa Clarita Valley. It was only two years ago that the Valley welcomed the prodigal fair back home and to Hansen Dam after it had relocated to Castaic Lake for several years.
