MORE WEEK 13 DFS: Values | Stacks | Lineup BuilderKeke Coutee injury newsCoutee once again aggravated a hamstring injury that has bothered him all season last week against the Titans. However, according to Aaron Reiss of The Athletic, Texans head coach Bill O’Brien said that Coutee was “trending toward” being able to playing against the Browns in Week 13. That’s a good sign for his availability, but it’s still tough to recommend trusting him.At this point in the season, Coutee just hasn’t been able to stay on the field because of his consistent issues with his hamstring. He still has upside as a WR3 — and maybe even better in PPR formats — but if you have a healthier option, it may be best to avoid using Coutee until we see him closer to 100 percent. Week 13 Rankings:Quarterback | Running Back | Wide Receiver | Tight End | D/ST | KickerIs A.J. Green playing Week 13?While there was some hope that Green could return to action last week, it looks almost certain that he will suit up this week. According to Geoff Hobson of Bengals.com, Green participated in practice on Wednesday and said that he was “back to play.” That means that Green should be active for the first time since hurting his toe in Week 8.The return of Green will push Tyler Boyd back to his normal role as the No. 2 receiver, and frankly, that should afford the passing attack a chance to succeed with John Ross establishing himself as the No. 3 receiver. In fantasy terms, both Green and Boyd can be started moving forward, though a tougher matchup against the Broncos in Week 13 will put a damper on their respective potentials — especially with Jeff Driskel at QB. He will need to get on the field in some capacity on Friday to have a realistic chance of playing this week against the Patriots.According to the Vikings official injury report, Diggs missed practice on Wednesday with a knee injury. He didn’t show any signs of an injury against the Packers last Sunday night, so it’s possible that Diggs could just have a day off as maintenance. That does happen quite a bit at this point in the season, but Diggs’ status should still be monitored, just in case he did suffer an injury that flew under the radar. We’re still expecting Diggs to play this week, as the Vikings are in a race for a playoff berth in the NFC and have a tough matchup against the Patriots. For that reason, he’ll remain in our WR rankings for Week 13.WEEK 13 DFS GPP LINEUPS: Yahoo | FanDuel | DraftKingsIs Sammy Watkins playing Week 13?UPDATE: Watkins missed practice again on Thursday. His chances of playing against the Raiders aren’t look good as a result.According to Nate Taylor of The Athletic, Watkins sat out practice on Wednesday with a right foot injury. This is a discouraging development, as Watkins was expected to be closer to full strength after having a bye week to rest his troublesome foot. Perhaps this is just extra maintenance and the team is playing it safe, but it’s still a bit disappointing not to see him back on the field.Watkins’ status for Week 13 will depend on whether or not he can get on the field later in the week. If he can’t, Chris Conley will be elevated instantly to WR3/FLEX territory in an easy matchup against the Raiders. Definitely consider adding Conley as a streamer if Watkins’ outlook doesn’t improve in the coming days.WEEK 13 PPR RANKINGS: Running back | Wide receiver | Tight endDoug Baldwin injury newsBaldwin missed Seahawks practice on Wednesday with a groin issue that has been plaguing him for the past couple of weeks. Despite the non-participant status on Wednesday, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reported that Seattle head coach Pete Carroll said Baldwin “feels really good.” So, in all likelihood, Wednesday was a planned rest day for the nicked-up veteran. If Baldwin’s status does regress at any point in the week, we’ll have an update for you. But for now, it seems that he is on track to take on the 49ers in Week 13 in what should be a solid matchup for the veteran receiver. MORE WEEK 13: Waiver wire pickups | RB handcuff chartDevin Funchess injury updateAfter missing practice on Wednesday, Funchess returned to practice for the Panthers on Thursday, according to Max Henson of Panthers.com. That’s an improvement for Funchess after he missed all of last week with a back injury. So, it’s looking like he will have at least a chance to play on Sunday against the Bucs.If Funchess can get on the field, he will have a chance to take advantage of a good matchup against the Buccaneers, who have struggled to cover receivers in recent weeks. Of course, it’s possible that Funchess will remain the No. 2 receiver for the Panthers, as D.J. Moore appears to be the top dog in Carolina now, but even still, Funchess should produce WR3 numbers in a favorable matchup. Is A.J. Green playing in Week 13? What about Sammy Watkins? And what’s going on with Stefon Diggs and Doug Baldwin? They both missed practices this week and may be questionable for games this week.
